AGM Date April 2nd
The TMHI
annual general meeting will be held this year in the Lion's Den at the
Tillsonburg Community Center at 7 pm on April 2nd.
As is described in our constitution, any proposed changes to the
constitution must be submitted to the board of directors by March 2,
2014. Via email is sufficient to [email protected].
The purpose of the
meeting will be to provide information on the initiatives taken over the past
year by the current board, the election of a VP Finance (Treasurer) and VP
Administration (Secretary) and 6 two year term directors as well as a feedback
portion for the general membership.
A rough agenda is attached below:
1. Opening remarks and administration (10 mins.)
2. Presentation by members of the board of directors for TMHI (35 mins.)
2b. Q & A regarding the presentations (15 mins.)
2c. Voting on constitutional ammendments (5 mins.)
3. Voting on all open positions for the upcoming board of directors (30 mins.)
4. Membership feedback
