OMHA Semifinals - Novice Rep
Yesterday was a tough day for the Novice Tornadoes as we lost our 3rd game in the semifinals series against the infamous Mt Bridges for OMHA playdowns. These kids played with their hearts and integrity with each of these games and we couldn't be more honored and proud of them.
As we wind down the end of this hockey season and wrap up the Southern Counties playoffs, on behalf of the parents, I want to thank Matt, Darryl, Bill and Trevor for taking THEIR time to coach and mentor these kids. They have come a long way since the beginning of the year and is evident in their successes. Thank you Kelly, for taking on the manager role and always providing us with updates for cancellations, practices and games, not always an easy job!
Also want to thank all the family and friends that come out to our home and away games to support these kids and always cheering and encouraging them. As a parent, I couldn't be more proud of this team and their accomplishments. Their growth as a team and the everlasting friendships that have been made, has been witnessed by us parents from the beginning to the end of the hockey season. And finally, to this Novice team for doing their best, showing dedication to the team and respecting the hockey game. Go Tornadoes Go!!
