New to Hockey?
When creating your profile, please select
South Oxford as your Association in the Hockey Canada Spordle tool. The registration will prompt you for documents. Please ensure you complete these or your child will not be able to be rostered to a team with pending documentation.
Please double check you have also uploaded the required documents to your players profile.
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (a copy of a parents valid driver's license works perfect)
- Completion of the Respect in Sport - Parent course.
Logging into Hockey Canada Spordle from your desktop may be easier to manage then from your mobile device.
When you login to your profile and look at your members you will see the notification of any "missing documents"
You can click on the notification and it will alert you to which documents are missing. Please ignore any notifications for missing "receipts". Like seen below. If only a receipt is missing, you can ignore the notification.
Under the "Documents" tab you can see your attached documents: Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency. You can also load documents from this page.
Under the Qualifications Tab is where you should see your course completion for the "Respect in Sport - Parent"
If you have not completed this course - please do so ASAP. If you have previously completed the course for another of your children, you can add your child so that the course completion will link to both children.
Click here to complete the course now: https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/koala_final/
Linking a new player (for those that completed for a sibling previously) - you can see these options in your profile within the Respect in Sport login under Child Management - enter all the data including the association. Once you complete the course or link it, you will see the course appear under the "Qualifications" tab. Loading a copy of the certificate as a document will not replace the need the need to link the course so it appears as a qualification.

Hopefully this helps everyone complete the required documentation and courses prior to the season starting. This will help us be able to produce rosters quickly in the season.
Thank you,
TMHI Board of Directors
