Here is how it works:

Your entry fee is $10 cash plus a $10 gift card to one of the 5 locations

2. Amazon

3. LCBO

4. Wal-Mart

5. Zehrs

• Place your entry in an envelope, write you full name, email address, the peewee ae player you’ve given your envelope to and phone  number on the front

• Entries will be accepted until October 27th/2019

  • Weekly updates on what gift cards have been received and the number of participants will be sent via email and on our website (https://tmhi.org/Teams/2542/)

• Starting November 1st, names will be drawn every day on the Elimination draw for the gifts cards 

  • If we draw your name you have been eliminated

  • Names will be available weekly on our website (https://tmhi.org/Teams/2542/) and via email

  • Depending on the fianl number of entries more than 1 name per week may be drawn

• If you are eliminated you have one chance to buy back in for $5 (if you want, you can include you $5 buy back with you original entry)

• The last remaining 3 names wins the gifts cards.

  • 3rd place will get 20% of the gift cards

  • 2nd place will get 30% of the gift cards

  • 1st place will get 50% of the gift cards

• The final draw will take place on December 1st, 2019
