Permission to Skate Forms
Update on Permission to Skate Forms:

At this time OMHA has indicated the new 2021-2022 PTS and NRP forms will be available within the next couple of weeks. They are making regulation changes and form changes.

We understand there are 2021-2022 forms circulating but they will not be accepted as they are not OMHA issued. It has been brought to the OMHA’s attention and AAA and AA centres are aware.

We will post when they are available.

Only requests coming through Dana Hicks, TMHI's OMHA Rep will be signed and returned.
