Included below is a summary of the positions and their responsibilities:
President
·       Act as Chairperson at all meetings 
·       Schedule all general meetings (one per month) 
·       Set agendas for general meetings 
·       Forms all committees necessary for the operation of TMHI
·       Responsible for the overall management and operations of  TMHI 
·       Signing officer of the corporation
·       Completes all permission to skate forms and player releases. 
·       Liaison with the town of Tillsonburg and others 
·       Provides support to all board members 
·       Prepares presentation for AGM and presents to General Membership  
·       Attends TMHI Functions as needed
·       Liaison with OMHA as needed 
VP of Finance
·       Responsible for creating and maintaining TMHI’s financial budget 
·       Responsible for team loan requests 
·       Signing officer of the corporation 
·       Responsible for leading all paperwork changes at bank when necessary 
·       Provide financial statement at monthly board meetings 
·       Must issue all cheques and pay all debts of association 
 ·       Must handle all funds and account of all board committees 
VP of Operations
·       Responsible for the hockey operations of TMHI
·       Responsible for all player movement, AP requests, etc. 
·       Organizing committees as required for hockey operations 
·       Co-lead hockey operations committee 
·       Responsible for setting up and organizing try-outs and team selection 
·       Qualify for signing officer of the corporation as selected by VP Finance
·       Responsible for skills and other player development initiatives 
 ·       Attend league meetings are required 
VP of Public Relations
·       Responsible for updating and maintain website
·       Responsible for fundraising approval for all teams 
·       Responsible for collecting team reconciliation of all fundraising activities. 
·       Responsible for all advertising and sponsorship for TMHI 
·       Chair of Disciplinary Committee 
·       Arranges and coordinates disciplinary meetings 
·       Organizes memberships for committees as required
·       Liaise with Town of Tillsonburg as needed
VP of Administration
·       Responsible for maintaining minutes of all board meetings.
·       Distributes copies of minutes to all board members following monthly meetings 
·       Post approved minutes on website 
·       Organize TMHI events (Volunteer appreciation, player banquet) 
·       Responsible for maintaining police check data base 
·       Signing officer for corporation 
 ·       Collect all Confidentiality Agreements form board members 
VP of Planning
·       Responsible for ice planning and scheduling 
·       Tournament Lead 
·       Liaison with the community center re: ice time, room bookings, etc.
·       Qualify as signing officer for corporation as selected by VP of Finance. 
Rep & AE Convenor
·       Assist as needing during try-out process 
·       Schedule regular season Southern Counties Games 
·       Liaison between parents and coaches 
·       Ensure team selections are reported to registrar for roster approval 
·       Communicate with coaches/managers on regular basis 
·       Maintain suspension list
·       Inform coaches of playoff dates, and other important dates
·       Report any code of conduct incidents to disciplinary committee 
·       Attend league meetings as required 
·       Ensure managers are aware of picture day schedule 
·       Attend monthly southern counties meetings
Local League Convenor
·       Assist as needing during try-out process. Evaluate players as A, B, C  
·       Liaison between parents and coaches 
·       Ensure team selections are reported to registrar for roster approval 
·       Communicate with coaches/managers on regular basis 
·       Maintain suspension list
·       Inform coaches of playoff dates, and other important dates
·       Report any code of conduct incidents to disciplinary committee 
·       Attend league and scheduling  meetings as required 
·       Organize coaches to attend scheduling meetings (twice a year) 
·       Ensure managers are aware of picture day schedule
 ·       Attend Intertown meetings as required 
OMHA Rep
·       Liaison with OMHA and TMHI 
·       Member of the disciplinary committee 
·       Communicates all OMHA disciplinary decisions with convenor 
·       Attends OMHA AGM as required
·       Communicate OMHA mailing as required 
·       Request travel permits as required by teams 
·       Register teams with OMHA in collaboration with registrar. 
·       Submit appeals on behalf of TMHI, coaches, or players as required 
·       Receive all centre mailings and distribute and communicate as necessary 
·       Submit tournament applications for TMHI tournaments. 
·       Reconcile tournaments when completed. 
·       Complete AP forms in collaboration with the registrar
·       Complete ATM forms for midget players 
·       Order game sheets from OMHA. Make sure we have enough for the whole season.
OWHA Rep
·       Assist as needing during try-out process. Evaluate players as A, B, C  
·       Evaluate teams to determine level of placement in WOGHL and OWHA
·       Liaison between parents and coaches 
·       Ensure team selections are reported to registrar for roster approval 
·       Communicate with coaches/managers on regular basis 
·       Maintain suspension list
·       Inform coaches of playoff dates, and other important dates
·       Report any code of conduct incidents to disciplinary committee 
·       Attend league and scheduling  meetings as required 
·       Organize coaches to attend scheduling meetings (twice a year) 
·       Ensure managers are aware of picture day schedule
·       Attend WOGLH AGM (mandatory) 
·       Attend OWHA AGM (if interested)
Tournaments Director
·       Responsible for organizing and facilitating 4 yearly tournaments 
Equipment Manager
·       Responsible for the purchasing of all team equipment 
·       Responsible for distribution and tracking of all equipment at beginning of season 
·       Responsible for collection of all equipment at tend of the season. 
 ·       Responsible for distributing and maintaining key fobs. 
Sponsorship Director
·       Responsible for all sponsorship for TMHI
·       Responsible for Team sponsorships
Skills Director
·       Responsible for the organization of skills and player development for all members of TMHI 
·       Liaison with hockey operations committee 
 ·       Organize and attend player and goalie develop sessions 
Clinics Coordinator
·       Organizes and schedules coaching clinics 
Volunteers are needed to continue the minor hockey programming in Tillsonburg.
