Organization - Arena Protocols Reminders
TMHI Members,
Please be mindful of the following reminders when at the arena and abide by the protocols.
Areas marked as “Staff or Authorized personnel only”:
These areas are
for staff only and at no time to be entered by a coach, player, parent or
executive. If you require a staff member please use the call box located on the
lower level of the arena in the main hallway or beside the main office door.
This is the quickest and most effective way to reach staff.
Town of Tillsonburg equipment:
Nets (large) are to be put on
the ice by staff only. Nets are kept in an arena that is not accessible to the
public.
Ice Time:
No early access to ice is permitted. Teams are to only enter the ice at their scheduled time regardless if the ice is empty prior.
TMHI Equipment:
No equipment or team members should be on the ice until the large doors of at the Zamboni entrance have been closed. This includes but not limited to bumpers, dividers, nets, pucks or team members.
These types of incidents may be subject to an Rzone violation being issued. :
