U15 LL2 - ENTEC, U15 Bantam, 2024-2025 (Tillsonburg Minor Hockey Inc.)

Last night the boys split into 3 groups and sold "Giving Bags" at Sobeys, Metro & Zehrs, collecting much needed donations for the food bank. They managed to collect 476lbs of food! The boys then headed over to Tuan the Barber to pick up the generous donations collected there (another 200lbs!) before heading to the food bank to sort and organize the donations collected. 

Congratulations Boys on the Silver Medals! This past weekend the team played in the Max Partlo Memorial Tournament and went undefeated in the Round Robin including an INCREDIBLE come back story in Game 2. At the end of the 1st period, the score was 1-5 against -- and what a come back to WIN the game 8-7!  The boys battled hard in Finals, and ended up with the Silver Medals. Wear them with pride!! The parents are all soo proud of the hard work this weekend!

Team Entec is in the Jake Marczenko Memorial Tournament this weekend in Dorchester - and even though its close to home we made sure to include some time together off the ice! Special thanks to The Mill in our own backyard here in Tillsonburg for the wonderful service and fueling our boys with the energy needed to win Game 3 and secure a spot in the Semi Finals this weekend! This afternoon was a great way for the boys to bond off the ice and strengthen their connections.  It’s a chance to talk about the games, share stories, and just enjoy each other's company and simply HAVE FUN!

On December 11th from 6pm to 8pm our Tornadoes U15 Entec team will be volunteering at the Helping Hand Food Bank supporting the Christmas Food Drive. The building blocks of our season include having a foundation that allows the boys to enjoy the game while teaching the importance and value of sportsmanship, being a team player, and understanding the importance of giving back.  Hockey is more than just a sport, it's a community and a culture wherein we can teach our youth the core values of community and what it means to contribute.
