Returning registrants can use their username and password from last year’s registration. If you do not remember your password please use the system to recall the password. If you have any other issues please email the registrar at [email protected]
New registrants under the age of 9 (nine) years can create a profile on the registration system. Any registrant over the age of 9 (nine) must contact the registrar to create a profile.
All new registrants must provide a copy of the child's birth certificate
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- NO NOT mail your payments
- Payments WILL NOT be accepted at the Tillsonburg Community Centre
- PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO ANY PLAYER PARTICIPATING IN THE MINOR HOCKEY PROGRAM.
FUNDRAISING FEE
This fee will be applied to all registrations.
Registration will NOT BE COMPLETED until full payment is made, including the fundraising fee.
Fundraising tickets will be distributed on payment dates listed below.
ONLINE PAYMENT
NO ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE 2012-2013 SEASON
CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER JUNE 1- 30, 2012
You must bring in your payment to the minor hockey room on one of the following dates:
Wednesday June 13, 2012 6 pm to 8 pm
Thursday June 21, 2012 6 pm to 8 pm
Saturday June 30, 2012 10 am to 12 noon
- You may pay your registration fee in full
- ONLY Families who register in June may use the installment plan.
- If you choose the installment plan please break up your registration fee(s) into 3 equal payments
- Make the cheques dated as follows: June 30, July 31 and August 31, 2012
- There will be a $35 fee charged for ALL NSF cheques
- PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN PERSON.
You can bring your cheques in to the Minor Hockey Room
To qualify for the registration discount your cheque payment(s) must be made at one of the above dates. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER AFTER JUNE 30, 2012
PAYMENT MUST BE IN FULL AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF REGISTRATION.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will only be given with written requests
- Please submit your request to TMHI, Attention the Registrar
- Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from times of notification
- Amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank
- There will be a $35 fee charged for NSF cheques
- Administration fees will not be refunded
- The balance of Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Until Nov 30th – 60%, Dec 31st – 40%, Jan 15th – 30% after Jan 15th – 0%
