Feedback Requested: Year-end Surveys
TMHI has 3 surveys which we use as valuable feedback to help plan for next year. The surveys are:
Parents' Survey - completed by any parent/guardian
Players' Survey - completed by any player
Coaches' Survey - completed by any coach
Because feedback is so important to us, this year there will be a draw for a $50 gift card for each survey. Each survey response will be entered into the draw (1 per draw per person).
The surveys can be accessed from our website by clicking "Public Relations" -> "Surveys".
The deadline is March 20th, 2017.
