Players headed to Brantford AAA Tryouts:
Permission to skate forms for AAA tryouts are now available by email request only.
Please send the following information to Dana Hicks by clicking
here. Your email must include the following details:
- Players Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Previous Season team
- What team your child is trying out for
Falsification of this form may result in a one-year suspension of the player so please follow the guidelines as listed above.
