Vaccine QR Code in Effect, News (Tillsonburg Minor Hockey Inc.)

A reminder that effective January 4th, 2022 everyone 12 years and older will be required to have their QR code scanned and ID checked by the Town Marshal prior to entry into the facility.    



February 2nd, 2022 - Update from the Town of Tillsonburg:

• Should a participant ignore staff and enter facility anyway they will be asked to leave.
  
  
• If the participant refuses to leave the facility when asked by staff/security,  OPP will be called.  
  
  
• Activity will not start until the participant has been removed from the facility.
  
  
• Additional or make up time will not be granted.  

• This is Provincial law, fines can be issued or the facility can be shut down for noncompliance.  

• Any individual asked to leave the facility for noncompliance will be subject to a suspension under the R-Zone Policy: https://www.tillsonburg.ca/en/live-and-play/r_zone.aspx
