U14 to U18 Players headed to Brantford AAA Spring Tryouts:
Permission to skate forms for AAA tryouts will be available the week of April 11th, 2022 by email request only.
You can send your requests starting April 11th. If you have emailed earlier, please ensure to resubmit your request using the format below.

- Players Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Previous Season team
- What team your child is trying out for
Falsification of this form may result in a one-year suspension of the player so please follow the guidelines as listed above.
Tryouts for U10-U13 will be in the fall.
