Early Registration (Discounted Fees Apply) – JUNE 15^TH to  July 15^TH

Payment in person for early registration will only be available on the following 2 dates:

• Saturday, July 10th, 2021 - 9am to Noon
• Wednesday, July 14th, 2021 - 6pm to 9pm

EARLY REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Payment can be made in the form of:
  • Credit card at the time of online registration
  • e-transfer by sending payment to [email protected] - players full name must be included in the message of the e-transfer
  • Cheque or money order made payable to TMHI
  • Cash in person at one of the in person dates listed above
  • Payments WILL NOT be accepted at the Tillsonburg Community Centre Customer Service Desk, by mail, or in person outside of dates noted above.
  • You may pay your registration fee in full or choose to use the available installment plan.  If you choose the installment plan, please divide your registration fee(s) into three equal amounts, and date cheques July 15, August 15 and September 15 for such amounts. Please do not include tryout fees on installment plan. Only families who submit payment for on-line early registration in June may use the installment plan.
  • Try out fees can be paid by cheque or cash. 
  • There will be a $35 fee charged for all NSF cheques
  • Payment must be made in full prior to any player participating in the Minor Hockey Program
  • To qualify for the early registration discount, your full payment or installment cheques must be received on one of the above early registration dates, without exception.
