Test Positive for Covid-19 - What Now?
TMHI Families,
If you have have tested positive for Covid-19, please follow these important steps to ensure notification for those you have been in close contact with. Following this process will streamline the notification process and reduce any confusion.
- When an exposure notification has been received by team contact, board member, coach, etc., please notify TMHI's Covid-19 Officer via email by clicking here or [email protected]
- An email communication will be sent from this email address to the head coach or delegate as appropriate from TMHI COVID Committee. This email will be followed up by a phone call.
- Notification will be sent to the corresponding league convener by COVID committee. Conveners will be responsible for game cancellations.
- Coaches will be asked to reply with a list of players and bench staff and include the contact information for anyone who participated with the team at the time of exposure.
- Information will be sent to public health through the vaccine policy email
- Public health will follow up with directions to the team members directly or through COVID email.
